This chart can be a useful planning tool to assist you in deciding upon a tent size for your special event.  The style of tent you will need is often determined by your set up location.  Pole Tents can only be used on surfaces that we can stake into, such as grass, sand, or asphalt.  Frame Tents can be used on any surface and can be anchored using the concrete blocks or water barrels.  The seating chart applies to either style of tent.  This chart is set up to reflect maximum tent capacity and is an approximation for planning purposes.  Remember you will need to account for additional space to accommodate a stage, dance floor, band, bar, food tables, etc.
