*50% Non-refundable deposit required to reserve all orders with balance due a mimimum of two weeks prior to scheduled delivery date.
*Tents of N.W. Florida is not responsible for any underground utilities including sprinkler systems. Set up site should be marked prior to equipment and crew arrival. Customer is required to call the Call Before You Dig number for the state of Florida at (800) 432-4770 at least 48 hours prior to date of set up.
*Any required permits are the responsibility of the customer and should be requested from the proper authorities prior to equipment arrival and set up.
*In the event of tropical weather, Tents of N.W. Florida reserves the right to remove equipment from set up site or to postpone set up if necessary.
*The customer is responsible for any damages to rental equipment including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, puncture holes, etc. and will be charged for any repair and/or replacement charges necessary.
*Delivery fee not included in rental pricing. Additional set up or delivery fees may be required where applicable (beach, out of area, after hours or holiday delivery or pick up, etc.).
